# Deposits
On PrimeXBT we offer **Direct Crypto deposits** from your personal Crypto Wallets, **Money deposits** in USD, as well as ’**Buying Crypto**’ using a Bank card**.**

Additionally we offer **Money deposits** via ***Local Payment*** systems for Thailand, Vietnam and Brazil.

Besides the provided deposit options, the [in-wallet currency exchange](https://primexbt.gitbook.io/help-center/deposits-withdrawals/currency-exchange) feature allows you to exchange BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC amongst each other directly in your PrimeXBT account.
To make a deposit, navigate the "Accounts" page of your account and click the blue '**Deposit**' button in the Total funds section or next to the selected wallet:
## **Direct Crypto deposits**
**Direct Crypto deposits** are deposits from your personal Crypto wallets to your PrimeXBT Wallets:
1️⃣ Choose your **deposit currency**
2️⃣ Select the **destination** of your deposit

The **destination** option allows to **make a deposit directly** **to** your [Global Markets](https://primexbt.gitbook.io/help-center/margin-interface/understanding-margin-account-interface) or [Crypto Futures](https://primexbt.gitbook.io/help-center/crypto-futures-platform/understanding-crypto-futures-trade-interface) **trading accounts.**

For example: If an ETH Global Markets trading account has been chosen in the **destination** field, all further deposits will be automatically redirected and credited to your Global Markets ETH trading account.\
\
The **destination** of your deposits can always be changed again in the deposit form or in your Wallet.

3️⃣ Select the desired **network**
4️⃣ **Copy** the deposit Wallet address
5️⃣ **Paste** it into the destination field on the site/wallet service from which you are sending funds (or scan the provided QR code)

For ETH, USDT, USDC and COV deposits you must choose the network that matches your token type: \\
* ERC-20 tokens are transfered over the Ethereum network.
* BEP-20 tokens are transfered over the BNB Smart chain (BSC) network.

Additionally PrimeXBT supports **Direct Crypto deposits** over the TRON network for TRC-20 tokens.\
\
Note that **only** USDT and USDC TRC-20 tokens can be transferred over the TRON network to your PrimeXBT account Wallet. BTC, ETH and COV transfers over the TRON network **are not available at the time.**

* BTC deposits require 3 block confirmations which usually takes around 40 minutes on average;
* ETH and ERC-20 tokens (COV, USDT, USDC) require 10 block confirmations which usually takes around 4 minutes;
* BEP-20 tokens (ETH, COV, USDT, USDC) require 10 block confirmations on the BSC blockchain which usually takes around 1 minute;
* USDT and USDC TRC-20 tokens require 20 block confirmations on the TRON blockchain which usually takes around 1 minute;
Please note that this timeframe will vary for different currencies as well as blockchain congestion. PrimeXBT does not charge any deposit fees.

Once your deposit has been processed on the blockchain, it will be reflected in your [Transfers history](https://primexbt.com/my/home/report/transfer).
## Depositing from a MetaMask wallet
On PrimeXBT we also offer **Direct Crypto Deposits** using your **MetaMask** wallet. Navigate to the "Accounts" section of your account and select the ETH,USDT, USDC or COV Wallet to link with your **MetaMask** wallet.

In order to link your **MetaMask** wallet with your PrimeXBT Wallets you must **install the corresponding MetaMask plugin** in the browser you use to access the platform.

Note that you **cannot** **link your BTC Wallet** with your **MetaMask** wallet as **MetaMask** does not support BTC transfers to your PrimeXBT account at the moment.

**Direct Crypto Deposits** via **MetaMask** wallet are not available in the [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.primexbt.trade) or [iOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/primexbt-crypto-trading/id1522267195) applications.

Once you have installed the **MetaMask** browser plugin, you will see the '**Connect MetaMask**' option in your ETH, USDT, USDC or COV Wallet.

MetaMask integration with your PrimeXBT Wallets is available only through **ERC-20** and **BEP-20** networks and is not supported by the TRC-20 network.

1️⃣ Click the '**Connect MetaMask**' button to link your PrimeXBT Wallets with your **MetaMask** wallet.
2️⃣ You will be redirected to a pop-up menu to confirm the link between your wallets.
Select the **MetaMask** account you wish to link with your PrimeXBT Wallets, and click the blue '**Next**' button to proceed.
3️⃣ Once the correct **MetaMask** account has been chosen, click the blue '**Connect**' button to confirm.

After you confirm to connect your **MetaMask** account with your PrimeXBT Wallets, you will find a blue '**Deposit**' button in your ETH, USDT, USDC or COV Wallet.

4️⃣ To proceed with the deposit via MetaMask wallet, select the desired Amount to deposit, and click the '**Deposit**' button:
5️⃣ You will be redirected to the pop-up menu where you can review and adjust the details of the transaction. Click on the **blue notification box** to **add your PrimeXBT Wallet to your address book**:
6️⃣ Next, click on the blue '**Add a nickname**' button:
7️⃣ **Name** your PrimeXBT Wallet in your MetaMask account and add a **Memo**, and click the blue '**Save**' button:

Additionally, you can select the desired amount of gas fees you wish to pay for the transaction by clicking on the blue '**Edit**' button next to the transaction details.

Select the desired amount of gas fees for the transaction by clicking on the '***Low***', '***Medium***' or '***High***' buttons:
You can also click on the blue '**Advanced Options**' button to set up additional criteria for the transaction:

Click on the blue '**Save**' button to confirm the changes.

8️⃣ Once all of the details of the transaction are selected and adjusted, click on the blue '**Confirm**' button to execute the transaction:

**Direct Crypto Deposits** via **MetaMask** wallet support both the ETH (**ERC-20**) and the BSC (**BEP-20**) networks.\\
* ETH and ERC-20 tokens (COV, USDT, USDC) require 10 block confirmations which usually takes around 4 minutes;
* BEP-20 tokens (ETH, COV, USDT, USDC) require 10 block confirmations on the BSC blockchain which usually takes around 1 minute;\\

## Money deposits
Additionally PrimeXBT allows its users to make **direct money deposits** in  **USD** from a personal **AdvCash** or **Perfect Money** Wallet**.**

Navigate to "the Accounts" section of your account, select the USD **Wallet** and click the blue **'Add money'** button to make a deposit:
### AdvCash
On the [Deposit section](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/deposit/fiat) of your account specify the detail of your deposit:
* USD currency **wallet** will be automatically **preselected**
* Select the **destination** where to send your **Deposit to**

* Select the **payment method**

Note that the minimum amount to deposit via AdvCash is 10 USD

* Select the desired **amount** to deposit
* **Click** the blue '**Deposit**' button to continue
1️⃣ You will be redirected to an external page of the **AdvCash** service provider and receive a summary of your payment. Select the green '**Go to Payment**' button to proceed with the transfer:

AdvCash transfers to your PrimeXBT Wallets are instant and free of charge.

2️⃣ **Log in** to your personal AdvCash account:
3️⃣ Upon log in you may receive a security request to confirm your browser. Proceed with the log in and insert the **PIN code** **sent to your email inbox** that is **linked to your AdvCash account.** Once the security PIN code is inserted, click the green '**Continue**' button to proceed:
4️⃣ Review your payment and make sure the **correct AdvCash currency Wallet** is selected. Click the green '**Continue**' button to proceed:

Make sure that the amount in your AdvCash wallet is displayed correctly and matches your payment amount.\
\
If your AdvCash wallet displays 0, this means that you have insufficient funds on the selected wallet.\
\
If your wallet has sufficient funds, yet displays an incorrect amount, make sure to contact AdvCash support team for additional assistance.

5️⃣ A confirmation pop-up window will appear. **Do not close this window**. **Switch to the email inbox** that is **linked to your AdvCash account** and follow the provided instructions in the email to confirm the withdrawal. Once this is done, switch back and click the green '**Confirm**' button to complete the process.

Once the withdrawal is confirmed, the deposited funds will reflect in the corresponding PrimeXBT currency Wallet.

### Perfect Money
On the [Deposit M](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/deposit/fiat)[oney section](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/deposit/fiat/USD) of your account specify the detail of your deposit:
* USD currency **Wallet** will be automatically **preselected**
* Select the **destination** where to send your **Deposit to**

1️⃣ You will be redirected to an external page of the **Perfect Money** service provider with the details of your order. Authorise the payment by specifying the details of your Perfect Money account:
* **Member ID**
* **Password**

Additionally you will need to fill in the ***Turing number** (captcha)* to complete the payment.

The ***Memo*** section allows you to place a note and/or name your payment for convenience.\
\
This memo will later be available to you in your Perfect Money account dashboard.

2️⃣ Once all the details are specified, click the '**Preview payment**' button to review a summary of your payment:
Review your payment and make sure the **correct Perfect Money USD currency account** is selected.

Additionally on the preview page you can review the Perfect Money **transfer fee** which is equal to 1.99% of the total amount.

Click the '**Confirm Payment**' button to execute the payment.

PerfectMoney transfers to your PrimeXBT Wallets are instant.

3️⃣ Once the payment is completed, you will be redirected to the summary page of your executed payment.

Click the '**Continue**' button to return to your PrimeXBT currency Wallet where the deposited funds will be reflected.

Please note that **Money deposits** via **Local Payment** systems at the moment are available only for *Thailand, Vietnam* and *Brazil*.

5️⃣ Select the desired **amount** to deposit
6️⃣ **Click** the blue '**Deposit**' button to continue
7️⃣ You will be redirected to an external page. Select the desired **local payment system** and follow the provided instructions on the page to complete the payment:

Please note that the provided local payment systems change dynamically and may vary depending on their availability.

Make sure that the **selected amount to deposit** in your PrimeXBT account **matches the amount reflected in your local payment system.**
Your payment may be cancelled, rejected or recalculated if the amount of the payment in your local payment system is changed.

If you wish to change the amount of your payment, navigate back to the PrimeXBT [deposit section](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/deposit/fiat) and select a new amount.

Upon executing the payment, your local currency is converted to USD. The applied conversion rate is provided by your local payment system. \
\
Make sure you have sufficient funds in order to successfully complete the payment.

Once the payment is executed and completed you will be redirected back to your PrimeXBT account.
## **Buying Crypto** via Bank card
’**Buy crypto**’ option allows you to **buy** **BTC,** **ETH** and ERC20/BEP20 tokens - **USDT** and **USDC** - **using a Bank card** via a third-party exchange service **Baksta.**
To purchase BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC, click '**Buy crypto**' button on the [Main](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/main) page to bring up the purchase menu.

Additionally, you can **Buy Crypto** via a third-party exchange service **Baksta** from the [IOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/primexbt-crypto-trading/id1522267195) or [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.primexbt.trade) applications.

1️⃣ Select the **payment currency** and the **amount** you want to use to complete the order.
OR
2️⃣ Select the **cryptocurrency** and the **amount** you want to purchase and transfer to your PrimeXBT wallet.

An estimated rate will be provided in accordance with the selected Crypto and payment currency.

3️⃣ **Accept** the T\&Cs and click '**Continue**' to proceed with the order. Billing address menu will appear.
4️⃣ Fill in your personal **billing address information** and click '**Continue**'. Financial profile menu will appear.
5️⃣ Fill in your **financial profile details** and click '**Continue**'.

Make sure that your billing address information and financial profile details are specified correctly.

An additional confirmation menu will appear:
Click '**Back**' if you wish to edit your details, or click '**Continue**' to proceed with the order.

Note that you may be required to complete verification of your **Baksta** account to proceed with the order.

6️⃣ You will be returned to the initial purchase menu.
You can additionally review and/or edit the details of your order, or simply click the '**Continue**' button to proceed.
7️⃣ Wallet selection menu will appear.
* Select the '**PrimeXBT Wallet**' option to transfer funds after the purchase directly to your PrimeXBT account Wallet.
* Select the '**External Wallet**' option if you wish to transfer funds after the purchase to an external wallet address.

Note that transfers to your PrimeXBT account Wallet after purchasing Crypto with Baksta are free of network commissions.

Make sure that you indicated the correct *wallet address* and *network* of the '**External Wallet**' option is selected.

8️⃣ Click '**Continue**' to proceed to the Payment options menu:

Please note that only the **Credit or Debit Card** payment option is available at the moment. It will be preselected by default.

9️⃣ Click '**Continue**' to proceed to the Order summary page to specify your credit/debit card details:

Click on the '**Show order details**' option to review the details of your order.

🔟 Once the details of your card are specified, click '**Continue**' to place the order. The Order summary menu will now reflect your payment as '*Payment pending*':
:white\_check\_mark: Once the order is submitted, the Final confirmation menu will be provided. Click '**Confirm order**' to execute the payment and complete the order:

Alternatively you can select the '**Cancel**' option to cancel the order and request a refund.

As soon as the payment will be collected, the Final confirmation menu will reflect your order status as '*Sending crypto*':
You will be redirected to an additional menu where you can select the '**Track your transaction**' option to review the status of your transaction on the blockchain:

As soon as the transaction will be processed and confirmed on the blockchain, the purchased funds will be reflected in your **PrimeXBT Wallet.**
Click **'Ok'** to return to your PrimeXBT account interface.

Additionally you can select the '**Order history**' option in the upper right corner of the '[**Buy Crypto**](https://primexbt.com/my/buy-crypto/BTC)' section to review all of your *Completed*, *Processing* or *Pending* order.
Click on the desired order to complete it or review the details.
