# Withdrawals
## Withdrawal terms and conditions
**For security reasons, PrimeXBT maintains limited cryptocurrency balances in its on-line hot wallet and processes all pending withdrawals once a day, between 12:00 and 14:00 UTC**. A withdrawal requested before 12:00 UTC will be processed on the same day. Any withdrawal requested after 12:00 UTC will be processed the next day.

**Cash/Fiat withdrawals** from the platform **are processed** within the **same timeframe as Crypto** withdrawals.

Please note that PrimeXBT reserves the right to manually review a withdrawal request before it's approved if it triggers a suspicious activity alert. This may delay a withdrawal until the review is completed and the withdrawal is approved.

Each account on the platform has a **24H withdrawal limit of $20000** or its equivalent in other currencies in total for all of your submitted withdrawals. The withdrawal limit can can be removed by [**verifying your account.**](/help-center/home-interface/account-verification.md)\

The current **24H withdrawal limit** of your account can be viewed on the '[Settings](https://primexbt.com/my/home/settings)' section of your account.

## Crypto withdrawals
To withdraw funds from your PrimeXBT account, go to the[ Main](https://primexbt.com/my/home/main) page of your Account. Click '**Withdraw**' for the cryptocurrency that you want to withdraw:
A withdrawal menu will appear:
1️⃣ Select the Wallet for the currency you wish to withdraw
2️⃣ Select the network and your withdrawal address (or [add a new address](/help-center/deposits-withdrawals/withdrawal-address-whitelisting.md))
3️⃣ Enter the amount of cryptocurrency you want to withdraw
4️⃣ Click '**Submit to Withdraw**'
5️⃣ Open your email inbox and confirm the withdrawal.

Additionally you can click the blue **'**[**Verify**](/help-center/home-interface/account-verification.md) button to verify your account and lift the daily withdrawal limit.

BTC withdrawals are available only within the standard BTC blockchain network;\
\
Within the ERC-20 (Ethereum) and BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain (BSC)) networks ETH, USDT, USDC and COV withdrawals are available;\
\
Within the TRC-20 (TRON) network only USDT and USDC withdrawals are available;

If you are unable to find the confirmation email, make sure to check all email folders such as Spam/Promotions/Notifications/Updates etc.

## Cash/Fiat withdrawals
To withdraw Cash funds from your PrimeXBT account, go to the[ Main](https://primexbt.com/my/home/main) page of your Account. Navigate to the Wallets section and click '**Withdraw**' next to the currency Wallet:
### Advcash
A withdrawal menu will appear:
1️⃣ USD currency **Wallet** will be automatically preselected
2️⃣ Select the Advcash **payment method**
3️⃣ Advcash **email address** used to make a deposit will be pre-selected by default

Please note that withdrawals to your **Advcash** account are available only to addresses previously used for a deposit to the platform.

If you wish to make a withdrawal to a **new Advcash email address**, make a **deposit** using that email address.\
\
To make a Cash deposit with a new email address, navigate to the '[Deposit](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/deposit/fiat/USD) section of your account or simply click the '**deposit**' button in the drop down notification box.

4️⃣ Select the **amount** you wish to withdraw
5️⃣ Click the '**Submit to Withdraw**' button to place the withdrawal
6️⃣ Open your email inbox and **confirm** the withdrawal
### Perfect Money
A withdrawal menu will appear:
1️⃣ USD currency **Wallet** will be automatically preselected
2️⃣ Select the Perfect Money **payment method**
3️⃣ Perfect Money **Account ID** used to make a deposit will be pre-selected by default

Please note that withdrawals to your **Perfect Money** account are available only for Account IDs previously used for a deposit to the platform.

If you wish to make a withdrawal to a **new Perfect Money Account ID**, make a **deposit** using that Account ID.\
\
To make a Cash deposit with a new Account ID, navigate to the '[Deposit](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/deposit/fiat/USD) section of your account or simply click the '**deposit**' button in the drop down notification box.

4️⃣ Select the **amount** you wish to withdraw
5️⃣ Click the '**Submit to Withdraw**' button to place the withdrawal
6️⃣ Open your email inbox and **confirm** the withdrawal
### Local Payments
PrimeXBT additionally provides the ability to **withdraw Cash/Fiat to your bank account.**

Please note that **withdrawals to a bank account** at the moment **are available only for Local Thailand, Vietnamese and Brazilian Payments.**

1️⃣ USD currency **Wallet** will be automatically preselected
2️⃣ Select your **country**

The **Select country** option allows you to easily browser through the list of available countries to view the available withdrawal options for each.\
\
Alternatively you can quickly search your country by typing the name in the search field.

3️⃣ Select the desired **payment method** (Thailand, Vietnam or Brazil)
4️⃣ Add your **payment details**
Click the blue '**Add details**' button to add and confirm your payment details, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please note that PrimeXBT reserves the right to request confirmation of the provided information if necessary.

6️⃣ Click the '**Submit to Withdraw**' button to place the withdrawal
7️⃣ Open your email inbox and **confirm** the withdrawal

**Cash/Fiat withdrawals** from the platform **are processed** within the **same timeframe as Crypto** withdrawals.\
\
However a successful **withdrawal** from your PrimeXBT account **to your bank account** **may be credited later,** depending on the **processing time frame of your local bank.**

## How to cancel a withdrawal
To cancel a pending withdrawal:
* Go to the [Main](https://primexbt.com/my/accounts/main) page and click on the corresponding Wallet:
* Under 'Transfer history' click '**X**' for the withdrawal that you wish to cancel:
