# Covesting Module
[Covesting.io](http://covesting.io) is a fintech/software development company that offers a comprehensive suite of investing and trading products, and is a partner of PrimeXBT.
**In 2019**, PrimeXBT partnered with Covesting to integrate their most anticipated feature, [**Copy-trading**](/help-center/covesting/covesting-faq.md), into the platform, and offer it to the users as a part of PrimeXBT services.
The benefits of using Covesting module on PrimeXBT can be extended further by utilizing [**COV tokens**](/help-center/cov/cov-token-utility.md).
COV utility token is the backbone of the Covesting ecosystem, offering unique incentive schemes for investors and traders. Covesting (COV) token plays an integral role in the application.
COV activates one of three **membership plans**, depending on the amount of tokens staked. Based on the membership plan chosen - Advanced, Premium or Elite, users gain access to exclusive benefits and utilities within the Covesting ecosystem.
