# Profit Share (Offer)

**Profit Share (Offer)** reflects the conditions of profit distribution between the Follower, Manager and Platform:

Followers' profit share will depend on a **COV Membership** tier only, regardless of the Following amount. For example, you can follow a Strategy with as little as $50 and enjoy hefty 75% profit share with the Elite Membership tier.

A Following's Profit distribution % can be increased by activating a higher COV Membership plan via [COV Token Staking](/help-center/cov/cov-token-utility.md) *prior* to the start of the Following.
