# Currency Exchange
The in-wallet **Currency Exchange** feature allows you to exchange BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC amongst each other, directly between your PrimeXBT account Wallets.

Currently COV token **exchange** to BTC, ETH, USDT or USDC directly on your PrimeXBT account is temporary **unavailable**.\

Should the exchange of COV tokens become available again in the future, a separate announcement will be made.

### How to exchange currencies
To Exchange currencies, navigate to the [**Dashboard** ](https://primexbt.com/my/home/main)page in the Main section of your account:\
\
1️⃣ Click the '**...**' button at the top of the page and select the '**Exchange**' option:
2️⃣ Choose exchange parameters:
* the **Currency** and **Amount** that you want to exchange
* and the **Currency to receive** (this Amount\*\* field will be calculated automatically)
*\*\*The **Amount** field for the received currency is calculated automatically **every 15 seconds**, based on the current exchange rate between the selected currencies, and will be valid for up to 5 seconds, as indicated in the exchange rate validity timer.*
Exchanged currencies will be automatically deducted/credited to the corresponding Wallets. For example, if exchanging BTC > ETH, the exchanged amount of BTC will be withheld from the account’s BTC wallet, while the received ETH will be credited to the account’s ETH wallet.
Exchange transactions and their corresponding details (such as exchange rate, date of the exchange, etc.) can be found in the [**Transfers History**](https://primexbt.com/my/home/report/transfer) section of on the accounts 'Reports' page.

Additionally, you can access the **Exchange** module from the [Android](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.primexbt.trade) or [IOS](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/primexbt-crypto-trading/id1522267195) applications from your mobile device:

1️⃣ To proceed with the exchange of your funds, on the '**Home**' section of the applications, select the **currency you wish to exchange** and the **currency you wish to receive** after the exchange  and click the  button.

The current available exchange rate will be updated dynamically and indicated by a '*count-down timer'* until it expires.

2️⃣ On this page you will be able to *view your current Wallet balance for the selected currency* and [*deposit*](https://primexbt.gitbook.io/help-center/how-to-deposit#direct-crypto-deposits) additional funds if necessary by selecting the corresponding '**Deposit**' button:
Once you have selected the *desired exchange direction*, the *amount of currency to exchange*, and *chosen* a fitting *exchange rate*, click on the blue '**Confirm**' button to execute the exchange.\
After the exchange has been processed, the funds will be credited to the corresponding Wallet.

You can also access the **Exchange** module by navigating to any of your account Wallets from the '**Home'** section of the application.\

Once the desired Wallet is chosen, click on the blue "**Exchange**" button to proceed:

### Exchange limits
Each exchange pair/**direction** will be subject to their own maximum daily exchange limits as well as exchange volume per transaction limits, with the current limits being.\
\
For example BTC > ETH and ETH > BTC are separate exchange directions with separate daily/transaction limits.\
\
**Minimum exchange amount per transaction** depends on the currency and the direction of exchange. Minimal limit is always indicated as a notice in the exchange form.\
\
Below is a table of the current **Maximum exchange amount per transaction** and **Daily exchange limit** for each separate pair/direction (reflected in the base currency):
